Founded post-Bosnian War by Zijah Rašidagić, an electrical engineer, ZIRA Group, initially ZIRA, started as a small IT firm with aspirations for global reach. Now a global BSS market leader, ZIRA Group recently rebranded to ZIRA Group to align with its expanded profile. They launched the AI Telco Platform offering AI-driven insights to telcos to enhance efficiency and adapt to evolving customer needs.
