Network Alignment Programme Boosts Efficiency for Wales’ Leading Housing Association

The digital unification ‘Network Alignment’ programme, supported by MLL’s network services contract, follows Pobl Group’s merger with Linc Cymru, creating Wales’ largest housing association to be rebranded as Codi Group from January 2026. With plans to manage over 24,000 homes and deliver 4,500 new homes in the next five years, the group aims to promote growth. By transitioning MPLS legacy sites onto a secure SD-WAN network, the project focuses on enhanced collaboration, cyber resilience, and streamlined operations. The initiative is expected to generate significant cost savings of more than £500,000 over three years through improved procurement processes and infrastructure consolidation.
