Exolaunch to Deploy 13 Satellites on SpaceX Bandwagon-4 Mission

Exolaunch, a leader in satellite deployment solutions, is preparing to deploy 13 satellites for global customers on the SpaceX Bandwagon-4 mission. Scheduled for launch no earlier than November 2025 from Cape Canaveral Space Force Base in Florida, the mission will utilize SpaceX’s reliable Falcon 9 rocket to propel numerous cubesats and microsatellites into orbit. These satellites will support critical applications such as Earth observation, IoT, and science and technology demonstrations, benefitting customers from countries including Argentina, Czechia, Finland, the Netherlands, Turkey, and the United States.
Advanced Deployment Systems Ensuring Precision and Reliability

For the Bandwagon-4 mission, Exolaunch will rely on its industry-leading deployment technologies, including the CarboNIX separation systems, EXOpod Nova CubeSat deployers, and the modular multi-satellite adapter EXOport. These innovative systems enable safe, reliable, and precise satellite separations during deployment. Building on their strong track record, Exolaunch has successfully utilized these systems in every previous Bandwagon mission, ensuring the seamless delivery of satellites into orbit.
A highlight of the Bandwagon-4 mission is the inclusion of Exolaunch’s cutting-edge CarboNIX NEO separation system. This advanced system, designed as a scalable solution for satellites weighing over 1,000 kilograms, incorporates the same mechanisms as the standard CarboNIX model but boosts performance with a new, stronger clamp ring system. The NEO system can handle higher loads and launch larger spacecraft, setting a new benchmark in satellite deployment technology.
Expanding Missions with SpaceX Rideshare Program

The Bandwagon-4 mission serves as a precursor to Exolaunch’s record-breaking Transporter-15 mission, which will support the deployment of 59 satellites for 30 commercial, institutional, and government customers across 16 countries. Exolaunch announced multiyear contracts earlier this year to continue collaborating with SpaceX through 2028, ensuring long-term launch capacity for its customers. Exolaunch’s commitment to excellence is evident in its status as the only launch integrator with payloads on every SpaceX Transporter mission since the program began in 2020.
In 2025 alone, Exolaunch successfully executed eight missions, deploying 125 customer satellites across various global launch platforms. This represents a historic year for the company, with exponential growth in launch integrations and global partnerships. The collaboration with SpaceX continues to reflect both companies’ shared mission of making space more accessible to organizations worldwide.
Advancing Satellite Connectivity and Scientific Discoveries

Exolaunch’s strong performance with the Bandwagon-4 mission reinforces its position as a trusted partner for satellite deployment on a global scale. By targeting unique mid-inclination orbits and integrating cutting-edge technology, the company enables scientific discovery, connectivity, and Earth observation for a wide array of customers. The mission’s success will further expand Exolaunch’s capacity to support both new and long-standing clients in their pursuit of advancing space technologies.
Robert Sproles, CEO of Exolaunch, lauded the company’s collaboration with SpaceX, remarking, “With Bandwagon-4, we can deploy our customers in a unique mid-inclination orbit and add extra capacity to our launch manifest, supporting both new and long-standing customers as they advance Earth observation, connectivity, and scientific discovery.” As Exolaunch continues to grow and innovate, its contributions to satellite deployment remain pivotal in shaping the future of space exploration and technology.
