New Delhi: Venture capital firm Cactus Partners has spearheaded a $7 million funding round in electronics design-focused manufacturer Brandworks Technologies, as announced by the investment firm yesterday.

The funding initiative also witnessed contributions from Gujarat Venture Finance Limited (GVFL), Legacy Assets, and the Hira Group.

Brandworks intends to utilize the capital for expanding and enhancing its research and development facilities, establishing partnerships and client connections in crucial global markets, and investing in cutting-edge product platforms prioritizing performance, sustainability, and global compliance.

The organization is set to ramp up manufacturing operations through the implementation of new advanced production lines and fortify its innovation infrastructure by onboarding top-tier engineering, design, and operational talent, the statement added.

Cactus Partners (CPL), a venture capital fund focusing on early-stage growth, took the lead in Series A funding worth $7 million for Brandworks Technologies Pvt Ltd, a rapidly expanding Indian electronics manufacturing firm with a design-centric approach that crafts innovative products ready for the market, according to a statement.

This transaction marks CPL’s eleventh investment and its third foray into the manufacturing domain.
