Resound Networks, headquartered in Pampa, Texas, operates across eight states delivering broadband solutions via fiber and fixed wireless. Fueled by the FCC’s Rural Digital Opportunity Fund (RDOF) auction, the company is rapidly expanding into underserved areas, placing immense operational demands on its workforce and technology stack. To meet these challenges, Resound deployed gaiia’s unified operations platform, which integrates provisioning, inventory management, and field operations under one ecosystem.
