TICAD 9, the ninth Tokyo International Conference on African Development, stands as a crucial moment for Africa, addressing investment gaps and enhancing resilience against economic and climate challenges.

The African Development Bank (AfDB), Africa’s largest multilateral lender, is at the forefront of this shift, garnering international support particularly from long-term partners like Japan.
